A clean, bold attack, a floral nose, fine bubbles.
Fruity on the palate (apple, pear, quince) with hints of fresh almond.

May be served as an appetizer,
or paired with creamy white meat dishes, mushrooms or cheese (goat cheese)
plum pie, brioche.
